Nice shot man. I was just down there shooting with a Pentax K100 and a Sigma 100-300mm. Fun lenses.

I have a question for you. Where do you get your film processed? Do you use a darkroom at all?

I go to Helix Camera at Jackson & Racine. No darkroom. I do all of my edits digitally currently with Lightroom. (previously used GIMP)

Ah, I have never been there. Is it a reasonable price? I've been going to Central Camera and they charge $8 to develop a roll of 35mm.

If you are interested, check out the Chicago Community Darkroom. My girlfriend and I just joined their first workshop. It's pretty fun. -->> [link]

I usually get my film developed & scanned at the same time and they waive the development fee. I think the price for develop only is about $5-$6. Don't bother with Central. Helix has the same quality for cheaper and faster. trust me on that. You'll get your film back NEXT DAY.

I used to have a membership at that place back in 2010. I only used it for printmaking. I stopped going because of the long commute from Hyde Park, but the place is awesome.
