I like the idea you have here. The angle of the shot is interesting and with a bit of work would be pretty cool!
My eyes immediately go to the blown out building on the right and then slide down to the underexposed train. You have a very challenging lighting condition here. It would probably help to expose the building properly and dodge out the train in Photoshop. There seems to be plenty of detail in the train to be able to do that. However once you overexpose the building you loose detail. I think this could be a really cool shot with a bit of work.
