The Woolworth Building, one of my favorites, stands out amongst its Downtown peers. At 792 ft, It was the tallest building in the world when completed in 1913. [link]

I like how the main building in focus is a lighter color and therefore contrasts against the darker buildings to the left and right of it.

Actually, I did all the contrast work digitally.

but just the fact of the Woolworth singled out at this spot struck me, so I had to shoot it.
