Not my usual work, but I couldn't pass up a rare sight like this about six blocks from my house...(No, I don't live in a bad neighborhood)

or the road , cause the surface looks fine
but not really sure about the sign,

The road that is rough is just to the left of the sign and out of sight. The road is INDEED ROUGH. They jack hammered many sections. I have no idea when they will be finishing it. =/
